Reimagine a beloved classic with these beautifully layered, individual desserts. The Sparkling Strawberry Shortcake Trifles begin with fresh, sliced strawberries that are carefully macerated in a blend of granulated sugar and Welch's Sparkling Strawberry, creating a bright, naturally effervescent fruit syrup. These juicy berries are elegantly stacked in small cups alongside pillowy cubes of angel food or pound cake. The layers are interwoven with a rich, homemade whipped cream infused with vanilla extract and powdered sugar. The result is a texturally complex, deeply satisfying treat that brings a touch of refined sweetness to any table
